What can I say expect for WOW! My pendant is absolutely stunning, Rikka was fantastic throughout the process answering any questions I had and providing photos before shipping, I asked for a custom length and that wasn't a problem, she honestly was wonderful to work with, so kind, polite and professional and put me at ease. The pendant was shipped in the timeframe stated and delivered in perfect condition. It was a huge purchase for a very special occasion, I ordered the natural diamond pave YG pendant and honestly I'm thrilled.
